Improving on the excellent Polar A360 was not an easy task, but Polar have added more functionality to the fitness tracker concept that gives it an edge.
The tracker now features continuous heart rate monitoring, as well as advanced sleep tracking, as GPS through a compatible Android or iOS smartphone. Using the Polar Flow app or web dashboard, you can customise how the A370 helps you reach your goals, including sport profiles for over 100 different sports across categories, and gives real time feedback to your fitness and activity goals, as well as vibrating inactivity alerts to keep you moving.
The tracker features a full colour TFT touch screen, with easy to use menu layout. On the back of the watch is an optical heart rate sensor, but it also compatible with the Polar H10 chest heart rate sensor and Polar Balance smart scale allowing you to track your heart rate 24/7.
The Polar Flow app is compatible with the Apple Health Kit, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal and MapMyFitness, and the UI of the app and software is available in multiple languages.
